What Is Home Health Care

Home health care is an alternative for individuals of any age whose condition doesn't require hospitalization or admission into a care facility, but does require continuing care, treatment or instruction. In some cases, home health care can eliminate the need for hospitalization altogether. Home care is administered under the supervision of your physician. A registered nurse will visit you, assess and evaluate your home care needs and with your input, develop a plan individually tailored for you. Intermittent home visits provide the patient with skilled services such as nursing or therapy on a part-time basis for a specific period of time.

We provide service to homebound patients with a wide range of diagnosis.
